RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


Refund Policy:

If you are not completely and fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the product at purchase price within 30 days.  You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.  Product(s) must be returned with either the order slip, order number, or printed receipt of the order, within 30 days from purchase date to qualify for receiving a refund.  The refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to White Wolf CBD and the order number has been verified with our staff.

Returned products that are NOT accompanied with either an order slip, order number, or receipt of the order cannot be confirmed and verified by our staff, and therefore, do not qualify for a refund.

Please note that all returns must be double-bagged and sealed in plastic, waterproof bags, and packed with padding.  Broken bottles or jars that are received as a return will not be refunded.

Requesting A Refund:

If you wish to request a refund, only after you have read the Refund Policy above, contact support by emailing support@whitewolfcbd.com with the subject line as “RETURN”, and one of our staff will contact you and help you with your refund.
